For instance, last year, the International Downtown Association (IDA) recognized her client, Downtown Boca Raton, with the nation’s top honor for a city festival, Brazilian Beat Night. “It all started with a conversation about their goals for the event, their target audience and budget. It was thrilling to see that our collaboration with Boca’s marketing team resulted in a product that made this event memorable long after the festival ended. In fact, this year they are doubling their order and including another super-cool item for the kids. This item in particular did not exist until February, 2016.” Ms. Ray added.

Not only does she source unusual and useful items, she also creates them: as a committee member for the 2015 Toys for Tots Gala, in Charleston, SC, her company donated time to create a toy train replica of the iconic Toys for Tots logo. Each award was etched with the sponsor’s name and business. “For 14 years prior, sponsors received a walnut plaque with a generic ‘Thanks’ on a brass plate. I was determined to make their 15th anniversary gala really special. The fact that sponsors are going to stay involved because of this recognition is why I do what I do.”

Her suppliers have been featured on “Shark Tank” and won multiple industry awards for innovation. Utilizing her company’s resources and knowledge is not only time-saving but makes your brand recognition programs rise above the competition. And that just makes good business sense.
