LOW COUNTRY MARKET INTERIORS CELEBRATES GRAND OPENING IN RIBBON CUTTING CEREMONY AND LABOR DAY WEEKEND OPEN HOUSE
MYRTLE BEACH, S.C.— New retail store and member of The Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce, Low Country Market Interiors, held an official ribbon cutting ceremony Thursday, Aug. 25, at their 1620 Farrow Parkway location near the Market Common in Myrtle Beach. Employees and friends, along with representatives from the MBACC, attended the ribbon cutting ceremony and afternoon tea, where attendees enjoyed lemon bars from Croissants Bistro and Bakery.
Low Country Market Interiors also entertained both locals and visitors over the long holiday weekend with a well-attended open house that highlighted Lane Venture outdoor furniture in a decorated outdoor tent with Real Flame table centers and eco-friendly, reclaimed tables. The new store offers shoppers unique designs in furniture, overhead lighting, lamps and art, including hand painted oils. Bedding by Eastern Accents and Legacy, Safavieh and Nourison rugs, mirrors, decorative pillows, gifts, and long burning candles can also be found at the Myrtle Beach area store.
Owners Peter Makris and Jane Whaley have combined their travels, along with their design experience to create an inviting retail environment with twenty-five different room settings that often emphasize eco-friendly products, such as, Rest and Restore mattresses, reclaimed furniture, bamboo bedding, natural fiber fabrics and rugs, as well as lighting made from recycled materials. They collectively state that every room should be an event, and design consultations are available for clients requiring guidance with residential or investment properties.
There will be several new product lines coming to the store soon for the holiday season, including hair on hide purses, Doncaster clothing, Stella & Dot Jewlery, Ralph Lauren and Calvin Klein rugs, along with Shabby Chic sofas and pillows.
