I am very pleased with the service I received from start to finish. Mr. Ralph was very pleasant, punctual, and reasonable. I needed a large leak fixed immediately because heavy rain was expected. Other companies were going to charge more and could not come when I needed them. The team of roofers were also pleasant and fixed the issue in a decent amount of time. I did read the negative reviews, but I was in a hurry and needed someone quickly. I must say that I cannot believe that anyone would say such horrible things. The leak is fixed, and I'm very happy that I didn't listen to the naysayers. I will definitely call Specialty Roofing Repairs for future issues. Thank you Mr. Ralph it was a pleasure to meet you!

I do not recommend doing business with this company. Similar experience to others, where Ralph does not even go on the roof to look at the issue and gives you an estimate. We agreed on the scope of the job to just replace a few roof tiles. I had to give a deposit (refundable) for them to come back and perform the work.
Once they came back to go on the roof and inspect the job, they changed the entire scope of the job. I spoke to Ralph several times on the phone to ask questions about the work to be performed. We could not agree on the scope of the work and he got very defensive and stated that he did not have time for all my *** **** questions and said I'll just give your deposit back.
I tried to contact him several times to get my refund, with no success. I have turned it over to the credit card company to get the refund. They have not received any feedback yet.

I do not recommend. Once Ralph takes your money, he won't call you back. Leave as many voicemails as you want, they will go unanswered. He will send people out to do the work, and they do not do what is needed and what was promised. They blame it on Ralph not wanting to spend any money, and to only do the bare minimum. Horrible experience, not sure how they are still in business.

They put a new roof on my home and am very happy with it. I had three prices for the job and I am pleased with my choice.

Specialty Roofing Repairs have worked on several projects for me. They are always prompt. Their estimates are fair and they guarantee their work. I can't thank them enough for always being able to help me with big jobs or small. I highly recommend them.

They are good workers, they show up on time and are priced about what is fair. highly recommend them.

Recently I had a couple of spots where it appeared the roof was leaking and I called Specialty Roofing to inspect. They thoroughly explained what they found and how it could be repaired. I felt the price was fair and appreciated they didn't try to sell me on something I really didn't need. They showed up to do the work when they said they would made the repairs and cleaned up when they finished - like you wouldn't have known they were even there. Ralph even checked back with me to make sure I was happy with the work and that it was done to my satisfaction. Highly recommend you check with them should you have any roofing issues. I know if I have any roofing issues in the future they will be my first call. I also know if I buy another house I will get Ralph to inspect it just to make sure I get no surprises.

Called for estimate on minor porch roof leak. Older guy arrived and was mad because he couldn't locate address. Didn't know where hwy 22 intersects with 17 or Tanger Outlets or Bass Pro there near intersection never heard of Kings Rd etc. when he arrived he said without getting on the roof that it was leaking at a siding joint which was BS and he had no clue where it was leaking and obviously didn't know what he was doing. This guy who said he was 74 yr old appears to be a fly by night scammer so beware.
