In accordance with the objectives of the Older Americans Act of 1965 (reaffirmed and amended by the United States Congress) Horry County Council on Aging, Inc. is committed to providing services and programs that afford senior citizens the opportunity to live independent, meaningful, and dignified lives in their own homes and community for as long as possible today and in the future. In doing so, Horry County Council on Aging, Inc. will utilize creative approaches to meet those objectives.
