Bistro 90 is the only all USDA Prime steakhouse on the Grand Strand. All steaks are USDA Prime, including our Filet Mignon and are dry aged in house. The USDA Prime category makes up less than 3% of all beef graded in the United States. We offer the freshest seafood possible with deliveries six day per week. Chilean Sea Bass, Halibut as well as locally caught selections are fresh..never frozen. Our wine list goes over 465 selections from around the world, including non-alcoholic and kosher wines. Bistro 90 has won the Wine Spectator award for thirteen years in a row. Enjoy over 165 different bourbon selections, 30 rye selections and more than 40 single malt scotch selections.
