Prior to real estate I had over thirty two years of experience with large retail corporations with locations all over the United States. My wife, Marcia and I relocated multiple times during my retail career which provides me with a unique lens as we personally navigated selling, packing, new locations, temporary rentals, corporate housing and building three new homes. After many years of vacationing in North Myrtle Beach, and then celebrating our honeymoon here, we finally decided to relocate and pursue our dream of coastal living in Myrtle Beach.
