Tidelands Community Hospice, Inc. provides compassionate professional care for terminally ill patients and their families. We currently serve the communities of Horry, Georgetown and Williamsburg counties. Tidelands is a not for profit organization that has been in operation for over 25 years. Tidelands provide hospice care for patients in their home, nursing homes or our hospice house, the only inpatient facility in our service area.
