Empower Lit - Literacy & Beyond is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering literacy and personal growth among children. Our mission is to bridge the gap in educational opportunities by providing author visits to schools that lack the budget to afford them, organizing engaging literacy events, and distributing our children's book, "You Really Truly Do Belong," to every child in participating schools. By partnering with other non-profits and applying for grants, we aim to create a supportive and enriching environment that inspires a love for reading and learning. Through our initiatives, we strive to empower children with the tools they need to succeed academically and personally, nurturing a sense of belonging and confidence that will carry them throughout their lives.
