Our goal is to provide gourmet craft sauces. We use fermented cayenne pepper as the base of our current sauces. It is a natural process making lactic acid out of bacteria. With our sauces having a low pH level (high acidity) we have determined that preservatives are not required, so we do not add any. We are a family owned business that wants to offer you the best homemade sauce flavors for all of your food desires!
