Together, the Hoppe’s have over forty years of experience in higher education, non-profit management and business. Heather received her Ph.D. in Education Leadership and has spent the last twenty-five years working as a leader and consultant in higher education. Dan completed his Ed.D. in Leadership Studies and has spent the last twenty-four years in higher education leadership, non-profit management and business entrepreneurship.
