Children
Raising little ones can be challenging, but so much fun at the same time. Have you noticed that your child is struggling in school or at home with behavioral changes and you aren’t sure how to help them? ADHD, autism spectrum, life and family changes, and peer relationships all affect kids in different ways. Counseling can help your little one learn coping skills to improve their relationship with you, their peers and in school. All of these things can help to reduce stress for your family.
Preteens/Teens
Your teens relationship with you and your family is the most important one they have while growing up. It can be hard to watch them struggle with self-esteem, peer relationships, and the stress and anxiety that can come with growing up. Counseling can help your teen strengthen their relationship with your family, learn ways to make good choices with their peers, and help them learn to love themselves, which in turn helps them to make positive choices as they navigate the teen years.
