We’ve supported companies preparing for a merger or IPO and can leverage our knowledge and experience to help enable efficient assimilation and integration during this process. A number of internationally based companies use us to support their United States workforce. We are a sounding board and an extra pair of hands for a number of HR professionals operating as their companies’ sole HR resource. Our services are provided in a just-in-time model without annual contracts because we’ve found some of our clients just need a little help in a pinch.
