PAWLEYS ISLAND--Advance admission tickets for Tastes at Pawleys 2016 go on sale beginning Monday, March 28. The food festival will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday, April 24 at the Parish Life Center of Precious Blood of Christ Catholic Church, 1633 Waverly Road.
The $4 adult tickets can be purchased during business hours at the church’s Parish Life Center. Children 12 and under with an adult are admitted free to this food festival.
In its eighth year, Tastes at Pawleys 2016 will benefit Father Pat’s Lunch Kitchen on the Precious Blood of Christ campus. Opened with funds from the first Tastes at Pawleys, it has now served an incredible 100,000+ meals to people in need in our community since 2007. It is open on Wednesdays and Thursdays for lunch and on Saturday mornings for breakfast, with over 300 people receiving a meal each week.
Local restaurants participating this year are Austin's Ocean One, Caffe Piccolo, Chocolate & Coffee House, DeRoma’s, Hanser House Restaurant, Hog Heaven, Litchfield Fish House, Pastaria 811, Pawleys Island Bakery, Moe's BBQ, Sabella's, Bagel Café & Bakery, Father Pat's Kitchen, Ship's Pub, NY Pizza Kitchen/Sweet Cup, Southern Comforts, Pita Rolz, and Indo Thai.
Tickets are available at the door on the day of the event for the cost of $5, and food tickets will be sold in increments of $1. Festival goers are requested to bring cash to the event as credit cards and checks are not accepted.
