I was able to sneak in a last minute appointment at this spa while on a short vacation to Myrtle Beach. This was by far one of the best massages I have ever received! I have been a member of Massage Envy for years in both Chicagoland and Minnesota for years. Josh was very knowledgeable in both of the practices of Swedish massage and breathing techniques. I walked in achy and stressed, and left feeling extremely relaxed and enjoyed the rest of my vacation a little more. Thank you!

Earlier this year, we were at Disney's Saratoga Springs, and I booked her a package there, and she said she enjoyed Essence better.

Low lit room with waterfall sounds and soft music. Comfortable massage table with soft sheets and blankets. Storage tote to store your items. Candles and spa aroma. Her favorite part was the hot towel on her back, under her neck and on her feet.

Ashley was very attentive to some back issues I've been having and was extremely well versed in muscle management.
As the new owner and propietor of Essence Day Spa, I know she'll be successful.
I hope people reading this will give them a try.

Both my wife and I had massages. We were a little apprehensive when we saw the building, but the staff were welcoming and attentive. Unlike your traditional massage spa; they took the time to walk you through some self massage techniques to help you relax. We were a spur of the moment and they had no issue accommodating us. We will definitely be back in the future.
