In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, we are proud to feature Store Manager Margaret Ricks, a 16-year veteran at FedEx Office.   While Margaret hails from California and currently resides in Midland, TX her roots began in Mexico where her grandparents were ranchers.   Margaret said, “I come from a family of very hard workers. My grandparents were very successful in Mexico and eventually moved their family to California. They exemplified where hard work and some sacrifice gets you in life. They instilled in me a strong work ethic and desire to serve others. Now, making sure my team members and customers are happy is really what keeps me going.”   Margaret’s passion for service has not gone unnoticed, as she is a 3-time recipient of the prestigious President’s Club Award.   We’re so proud to honor Margaret for all that she does to make a lasting and positive impact as a member of #TeamFedEx
