"I AM" Metamorphosis is an organization that is dedicated to serving individuals that are battling addictions, unemployment, mental health issues and homelessness. Metamorphosis thrives on providing resources and education to these individuals and their entire family. "together with our community collaboration we can create a movement to Metamorphosis mankind one day at a time."
Stages of Change
Stage 1
This stage focuses on the revelation of God and how the participants apply this to their new lifestyle. We are determined to introduce God and their personal relationship with God through prayer and self inventory.
Stage 2
This stage focuses on the necessary changes individuals need to make, in order to change their entire self; by providing workshops, community services, education and employment, we guide our participants into the changing process.
Stage 3
Final stage focuses on each participant developing their self reliance, their employment and their independencies; transitioning from “I CAN’T to I CAN” In Jesus Name.
About the owner
I am Angela Graves- Bellamy, founder of "I Am Metamorphosis Home, I was born in Brooklyn N.Y. and raised in Paterson N.J. I am a loving wife, a mother of 5 children and 8 grandchildren. Growing up in the City of Paterson N.J., the environment was very dysfunctional, after loosing my parents at a very young age, I fell a victim of alcohol, drugs, and domestic violence, because of the grace of God, I am alive today.
My passion is to go back to encourage men, woman and children, and share my testimony to help prevent them from falling a "victim" of the same lifestyle. Working for other transitional organizations and witnessing that same pattern of repeating the cycle of addiction I asked God if he saw fit to bless me with my own transitional home one day and he did. Relocating to Myrtle Beach, S.C. It really saddened me.
Metamorphosis's House is not a hand-out, it is a hand-up, we enjoy feeding the less fortunate and housing them, but our greatest desires is that we want to get to the soul of that individual. "THE CORE".
As a strong believer of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, this statement can be emphasized as "Going out into” the highways and byways and preaching the gospel, bringing new souls to Christ and encouraging one to adapt to "CHANGE/TRANSFORMATION", we firmly stand on Matthew 25:31-45 focusing on the key points "What have you done in my name" (JESUS). Yes I am a Fisher of men. women, boys and girls.
Transitional Home
"I AM" Metamorphosis is a beautiful transitional home, we are a strategic and well-established organization in Socastee, Myrtle Beach, SC. Metamorphosis is a non-profit Christian based corporation, organized for charitable, public and educational purposes.
"Our mission is to empower and equip our guest to take control of their lives through the personal relationship with Jesus Christ".
We collaborate with local facilities which aids in the assistance of mental health, PTSD, domestic violence and trama. We also provide additional resources that can provide assistance to help each and every person that walk through the doors to become a productive individual after the program and beyond.
