Distinguished sommelier Lisa Lee has joined forces with celebrated chef Jamie Daskalis to embark on an exciting new venture—the opening of a sophisticated wine bar in the Art and Innovation District. Combining Daskalis' culinary expertise with Lee's extensive knowledge of wines promisess a culinary and oenophilic journey like no other.
About the owners
Housed in a beautifully restored historical building, The Tasting Room combines the old with the new. The ambiance strikes a balance between industrial charm and contemporary chic, mirroring the transformation of the downtown area itself. The Tasting Room’s goal is to help cultivate forward progress in the city’s efforts to restore the area and help breathe new life into downtown.
