At Golf Club Rental Express, our vision is to provide traveling golfers with an affordable alternative to bringing their clubs with them. In addition we aim to become the premier provider of rental clubs for charity and corporate golf events by offering outstanding customer service, quality clubs, and budget friendly pricing. .

Over the years we have had the privilege to work with hundreds or individual traveling golfers, golf courses, businesses, and charitable organizations to provide them with rental clubs. We are especially proud of the fact that many are repeat customers and rely on us year after year to provide them with outstanding service, and quality rental clubs for their next vacation or golf event.
To get pricing for an individual rental just click on the quote request button, choose your destination, pick out the sets and save them to your basket. If you are satisfied with the pricing and ready to rent use the payment link provided and make your payment online. We will forward to you more information about your rental along with a rental agreement for your signature. Once we receive your payment and your signed agreement, we will reserve your clubs for you and schedule either delivery or a time you can pick up the clubs at one of our remote locations.
If you are renting in Hilton Head we have easy pickup and return at Players World of Sports and in Pinehurst at Roberts Golf. If you are golfing in Myrtle Beach you can take advantage of our free delivery to certain areas of the metropolitan area, or pick up your clubs at our store in Little River. For other locations, working with UPS, we can ship the clubs to either your lodging facility or your first course. The clubs will arrive in boxes, and when you are finished you can drop them off at the nearest UPS Store or we can arrange to have them picked up at either your last course or your lodging facility.

For events with less than twenty set we will typically ship the clubs with UPS. Shipping takes one to two days and we will take that into consideration so that the clubs arrive a minimum of two days prior to the event. The course will be responsible for staged the club on the appropriate carts and when the event is over they will return the clubs to the shipping boxes they came in and we will arrange to have them picked up on the next business day. Return labels and shipping tape are provided.
For larger events we will deliver the clubs ourselves. We will work with the course to schedule a time for delivery and will help with staging the clubs. At the end of the event we will work with your staff to collect the clubs, inventory them, and load them for shipment back to our office.
