Oakville, Florida
Grande Dunes Resort Club
Was impressed with this being my first visit there. The greens were slower and grainier than TPC and World Tour, which I played on this trip as well even though they said the speed (10) was the same
Haddon Heights, New Jersey
World Tour Golf Links
Thought the course was in good shape for mid March, always try to play this course when we're in Myrtle Beach.

Grande Dunes Resort Club
What a course and what an experience................our whole group was blown away by the experience and it certainly went way beyond our expectations. The entry into the resort sets the tone and entry into the clubhouse goes further again but the course puts the "wow" factor into orbit. Will definitely play this course again and it is very obvious that a large investment has gone into improving the course and developing its facilities. Although the rough was still dormant the fairways were lush and the greens were exceptional and had true lines. We were welcomed to the course and treated very well and sitting outdoors after play with such surroundings just added to the enjoyment. Would certainly make my Top 5 of courses played (worldwide)

Aberdeen Country Club
On Sunday 3 March our group (11 Irish guys) were playing the first of 5 rounds on our golf trip. We were acutely aware that the surrounding area had suffered from heavy rainfall on the previous Friday but we were given no instruction or details as to the course conditioning or how to handle the conditions and so we decided for ourselves to play preferred lies and to rake and place in the bunkers. The guy in the Pro shop needs to develop a personality as his answers were curt and didn't show any interest in our group whatsoever. This was my 6th trip to Myrtle Beach and the 35th different course that I have played and Aberdeen Country Club is the only course that I don't have a yardage book for. I was very disappointed as I collect these books but again there was no explanation from the shop guy just a sharp "NO" when I asked to purchase one. The girls in the grill/restaurant were great and very pleasant and certainly made up for the manner in the pro shop. The course is a great layout and the par 5s are very strong and well laid out and I would certainly like to come back and play in different conditions and when the rough is less dormant.
Drums, Pennsylvania
Myrtle Beach National – SouthCreek
Efficient staff. Enjoyable day
Murrells Inlet, SC
Crown Park
First time playing and thought the layout was interesting with many doglegs. Not long from the white set of tees (about 6000 yards) and you can take advantage of the short par fives. Finishing hole is a par three, nice hole. Cart paths a bit rough, but overall a fun course to play.
Boston, Massachusetts
Myrtlewood Golf Club – PineHills Course

Sykesville, Maryland
Myrtle Beach National – King’s North Course
It was a nice course and the staff was incredible. Play was much slower on the back nine due to having tee times on both tees and that was the only negative. We were playing well through 9, then really hit a "wall" when we made the turn and got behind a very slow group.
Surfside Beach, SC
Arcadian Shores Golf Club
Fun course to play, greens a nice speed. Outside staff very friendly and efficient.
Toronto, Canada
Arrowhead Country Club

Murrells Inlet, SC

Murrells Inlet, SC
River Club Golf Course

Myrtle Beach, SC
Hackler Course at Coastal Carolina University
This is a solid course at a very modest price point $40-$50 w/cart(depends on time of day) at this time of year Far enough inland on 501 that it is truly a locals course. Nice layout. Generous fairways. Not a lot of water in play. 4 sets of tees. 6300 yds 71.1/125 from the whites. easy walking course as really flat. female friendly. it was in good condition given time of year. looking forward to playing it when weather warms. driving range is small and likely to be mats only most of time. good putting green and chipping area. currently building new clubhouse as current one is tired. operated and maintained by Coastal Carolina. good customer service. will be back.
