| My passion is to see individuals and teams move towards growth and change.
Life is about relationships and when we learn to master those both personally and professionally, life just gets better, and we get excited about coming to work.
We can’t reach our greatest potential without the people around us so when we can navigate better communication and everyday challenges, we begin operating at a greater capacity with far more success.
With over 15 years experience in developing men and women leaders from college-age and beyond, I’ve had the privilege to lead, coach, and train teams from 5 to 200, as well as countless one on one coaching experiences.
This time has taught me that the best answers and solutions come when we seek to understand each other and leverage one another’s strengths, and only then will we go farther than we could ever go own our own.
Graduating from Iowa State University I discovered my unique gift for strategic thinking, people development, and investing in the growth of teams. After graduating I joined the college staff of Cornerstone Church in Ames, IA where I served as the College Coordinator and later these skills equipped me to help plant Veritas Church in Iowa City, IA along with five other staff members.
From there I moved across the pond to Sheffield, England and worked as the Young Adult Director at St. Thomas Philadelphia. After returning to the United States, I became a Partner at DREAM Workplace to help companies grow their potential in each of their employees. Currently, I own my own personal and professional coaching and training business, where I’ve worked with the manufacturing and retail industry, the financial and legal sector, start-up businesses, and with various independent sales teams, just to name a few. I live in South Carolina where I love to hit the beach with a good book, spend time with my nieces and nephew, and get lost in the latest true crime series on Netflix!
If your desire is to see you and your team be their best, then please don’t hesitate to reach out at releasingyourvoice@gmail.com. I would love to help you get there!

| The Foundation Fighting Blindness was established in 1971 by a passionate group of families driven to find treatments and cures for inherited retinal diseases that were affecting their loved ones. At that time, little was known about these blinding retinal diseases. Very little research was being done, and there were no clinical trials for potential treatments. The Foundation’s goal was clear and focused; to drive the research that would lead to preventions, treatments and cures for blinding retinal diseases, including age-related macular degeneration, retinitis pigmentosa, Usher syndrome, Stargardt disease and Leber congenital amaurosis (LCA). Together these conditions affect more than ten million Americans and millions more throughout the world. Today, the Foundation Fighting Blindness is the world’s leading private funder of retinal disease research. That funding has been a driving force behind the progress toward cures, including the identification of more than 270 genes linked to retinal disease, and the launch of over forty clinical trials for potential treatments. On an annual basis, the Foundation Fighting Blindness funds more than ninety-three research grants. The research projects are conducted by more than ninety-six research investigators at 71 institutions, eye hospitals and universities in the United States. The Foundation funding extends internationally to laboratories in Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, England, Finland, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Mexico, the Netherlands, Poland and Switzerland.

| For the past one hundred years, Miss America has been one of the country’s most recognizable household names and has been at the center of everything from national trends, social movements and the birth of television. The young women involved have made a significant difference in people’s lives through their charitable and community service endeavors, using the national platform to educate millions of Americans on issues facing the nation. Miss America is more than a title, it’s a movement of empowering young women everywhere to dream big, to insist that their voices be heard and to inspire change in the world around them. Of course, Miss America wears a crown…she rules! The Miss Myrtle Beach Organization has replicated that same mindset here for young women located in the Myrtle Beach area.

| Ordered Steps- A Movement Ministry has been created to establish various opportunities within our community for a move of God. The creative arts will be used to reach out through classes and workshops that teach the love of Jesus. Events that allow freedom in worship and praise. One-on-one mentoring and prayer time can bring healing and restoration. Community is not just about a group of people, but a group that is sharing, growing and building together. Being in relationship with one another and drawing closer to God.
Ordered Steps will offer "out-of-the-box" opportunities through the creative arts to open hearts and minds to experience a move of God in people's lives. We will "move" to meet people where they are, so that all can encounter God in a way that "moves" them.

|
| Duane Newton, is a Certified Dog Trainer and Behavior Specialist. He graduated from the respected Starmark Academy in Hutto, TX. After graduation he was a head trainer at a boarding/daycare facility in Schertz, TX. He also worked with Operation Battle Buddies that provides training for veterans and their service dogs.
I am a balanced trainer which means I use positive and negative reinforcements – heavy on the positive side with food. I believe the negative reinforcement is necessary to help the dog understand what is not correct or allowed.
Duane is an evaluator for Foundation for Service Dog Support Inc. (FSDS), the American Kennel Club (AKC) and a member of Association for Professional Dog Trainers (APDT).
